Design Requirements Checklist

To ensure the best quality, please make sure your uploaded files meet these requirements:

  • File Format: Must be a vector-based PDF or AI file. We cannot accept JPG, PNG, or Word documents.
  • Dimensions with Bleed: Your document size must be exactly 91.6mm × 59.98mm. This includes a 3mm "bleed" area on all sides which will be trimmed off.
  • Safety Margin: Keep all critical content (text, logos, QR codes) at least 3mm away from the edges of the document.
  • Color Mode: Your design file must be set to CMYK color mode for accurate printing. RGB files will have color shifts.
  • Fonts as Shapes: All text must be converted to outlines (or curves). This prevents font issues during printing.
  • Image Quality: Any embedded photos or raster graphics must be at least 300 DPI.
  • Pro-Tip for Best Results: For the sharpest and most professional look, we recommend a minimalist design. Avoid overly small text, thin lines, and complex gradients, as these can sometimes cause issues in physical printing. Simple and bold designs always print best.

What is xCard?

xCard is a smart digital business card solution that enables you to instantly share your professional profile using QR code or NFC — modernizing networking while reducing waste.

What design options are available?

We offer three options:

  1. Default Design: Just add your name, company, and title to our ready-made template.
  2. File Upload: Submit your own custom design through .pdf or .ai format.
  3. Designer Services: Work with our design team to create a card
Can I change my design option after ordering?

If your card hasn’t gone into production yet, yes. Contact our support team as soon as possible.

How soon will I be contacted after payment or upload?

Our team will reach out within 1–2 business days after your design is submitted or your payment is completed. If you’ve selected Designer Services, we’ll contact you to begin the design briefing. For File Uploads, we’ll review your file and confirm it’s print-ready. If you don’t hear from us within that timeframe, feel free to contact support.

How much does the design service cost?

We offer three options:

  1. Default Design – RM99
  2. File Upload – RM99 + RM50 custom file handling fee
  3. Designer Service – RM300
    Includes 2 design revisions. Additional revisions after that are RM150 each.
What is the lead time?
  1. Confirmation: We’ll contact you within 1–2 business days after payment or design submission.
  2. Production: Takes 1 business day after confirmation.
  3. Delivery:
      • East Malaysia: 4–7 business days
      • West Malaysia: 7–10 business days
      • International: 10–20 business days
