xCard is a freemium Software-As-A-Service subscription-based service that allows you to create your own digital business card and customize it with any information you choose.

You can fill your profile with your name and contact details, and a catalog of your products and services. Once it’s ready, simply share the link to your xCard digital profile with customers or on social media.

Yes! We also offer an optional NFC-enabled card — a sleek, physical card that lets you instantly share your digital profile with a tap.

No app is required. xCard works directly in any web browser. You simply share your xCard link or tap your NFC card, and others can instantly view your profile without downloading an app.

Design & Pricing

We offer three options:

  • Default Design: Just add your name, company, and title to our ready-made template.
  • File Upload: Submit your own custom design through .pdf or .ai format.
  • Designer Services: Work with our design team to create a card.

We offer three options:

  • Default Design – RM99
  • File Upload – RM99 + RM50 custom file handling fee
  • Designer Service – RM300 (Includes 2 design revisions. Additional revisions are RM150 each.)

Order & Delivery

You can customize and order your xCard NFC card at hello.xcard.my/order. Customize your design, add your name, company, and profession in your order in just a few steps.

If your card hasn’t gone into production yet, yes. Contact our support team as soon as possible at admin@xcard.my.

Our team will reach out within 1–2 business days after your design is submitted or your payment is completed. For File Uploads, we’ll review your file and confirm it’s print-ready. If you don’t hear from us within that timeframe, feel free to contact support.

Confirmation: We’ll contact you within 1–2 business days after payment or design submission.

Production: Takes 1 business day after confirmation.

Delivery:

  • East Malaysia: 4–7 business days
  • West Malaysia: 7–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Yes. If you’re ordering NFC cards for a team or organization, we offer special bulk pricing. Please contact us at admin@xcard.my for a custom quote.

Yes. Once your NFC card is shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status online.

Account & Technical

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, please email us at admin@xcard.my. Our team will handle the change for you, and all updates are automatically prorated.

Yes, you can cancel your xCard subscription at any time. To do so, please contact us at admin@xcard.my. We’ll respond within 2 working days and assist you with the cancellation process.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Each xCard account is linked to a single digital profile. You can update or edit your profile anytime, and all access remains under the same main login.
